Toledo Menu - Know Before You Go

I recently went to Don Pablo’s for a friend’s baby shower. We went on a Friday night and had a party of about 12. Our reservation had been made in advance and we were seated promptly, if not early. The waitress was very conscientious and did an excellent job of keeping our checks separate. The tortilla chips were still warm from the oven and had a delicious crunchy yet chewy texture. For my meal, I tried the Caesar Salad which was an interesting combination of mexican elements with your traditional caesar salad. I don’t know that I would recommend it, but it was interesting to try just once. Overall, the dining experience was good, but with the abundance of local Mexican restaurants in the area, I would probably choose one of those over the Don Pablo’s chain which is a little pricier and lacking in true cultural charm.
