Toledo Menu - Know Before You Go

Although the food may not be half bad the customer service this restaurant provides is horrendous.  For starters the “owner” (as he stated) Scott Schraeger is the most arrogant person I have ever met.  Due to WET FLOORS I slipped and fell in the restaurant cutting my head open and requiring 3 stitches.  I wasn’t offered any help from the wait staff standing by but from another patron after I told them I needed help getting up since I was 7 months pregnant. Scott Schraeger’s response was “why should I do anything since she was running through my store” , I was walking around a corner not running 7 mo pregnant in a crowded restaurant.  I would be very wary of dining at this establishment due to lack of concern on the part of having to deal with Scott Schraeger.
