With the abundance of chain restaurants in Toledo, it is often hard to determine whether or not it is the food we are going for or the confidence that the fare must be good if it is a nationwide chain. Biaggi’s in Perrysburg, although a chain offers tasty Italian fare. As a carb lover, I thoroughly enjoy the bread and oil brought to the table before the meal.
